Please note change in date

On Saturday, October 9th there will be a work day at the Yoho Scout Reserve from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. We would encourage you to come out and help with the work , along with your Scouts, Venturers and Rovers.

Please dress for the weather and activity. Items that you can bring if you have access to: Sanders, Chainsaw, bush saw, rakes, four wheeler with trailer, a wood splitter and work gloves.

Lunch and snack will be provided.

If it is raining, then we will be working on the lodge and would suggest that only Venturers and Rovers attend with the leaders/advisors.

Remember there are two prizes that will be issued to the groups attending the work day : one is a free weekend at the main lodge for the group with the largest number of participants and the other prize is for the group with the largest percentage of participants for a free weekend at the Jensen or Miller Campsite.

The Committee thanks you for your support.

Yours in Scouting

Linda Boone
Area Commissioner
Rivorton

P.S. If you plan on attending...can you send me an email or call me advising approximately how many plan on attending...(want to make sure that we have enough food)
